Dweller is a festival celebrating Black electronic artists. Founded by Frankie Decaiza Hutchinson in February 2019. As of 2021 the festival is co-curated and organized by Enyo Amexo, Ryan Clarke and Frankie Decaiza Hutchinson. Ryan Clarke also edits the Dweller blog.
